Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

R.R. Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by management - Utilize company resources to provide accurate information to customers - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to company procedures and guidelines

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong cooperation and planning skills - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations - Must be detail-oriented and organized - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work remotely as needed
