Job Description:
Dubai National Insurance & Reinsurance is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team and work from home on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from policyholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues effectively and efficiently - Process policy changes, payments, and claims accurately and in a timely manner - Educate customers on insurance products, services, and coverage options - Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Must be independent and passionate about providing outstanding customer service - Demonstrated leadership skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to learn new programs quickly - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
