Job Description:
We are seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team at Norfolk Southern, a leading transportation company in the Abu Dhabi area. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their inquiries, requests, and concerns. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and friendly manner. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 6. Update customer records and information in the company database accurately. 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer service strategies.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality with a positive attitude towards customers. 3. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries and issues. 4. Emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and empathize with customers. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 7. Proficiency in using call center software and technology.
