Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Aldar Properties is seeking a dedicated Call Center Specialist to work from home in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients and customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 7. Meet personal and team targets and objectives.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. 2. Hardworking and driven personality traits. 3. Excellent presentation and creativity skills. 4. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Strong communication and listening skills. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
