Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Corning is currently seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Document all customer interactions in the company's database - Meet or exceed call center targets for call resolution and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to call center scripts and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
