Job Description:
Navistar International is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone. 2. Provide accurate information on products or services and assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. 4. Work closely with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless support experience. 5. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. 6. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all support tickets and inquiries. 7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent problem-solving skills. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using chat support tools and CRM software. 6. Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy. 7. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
