Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Ingram Micro in Dubai. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer service - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement

Requirements: - Reliable and independent worker who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong leadership skills and ability to make quick and effective decisions - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of computer systems and online chat platforms - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
