Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a reliable and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through online chat services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues through chat support - Provide detailed and accurate information on insurance policies, claims, and other related topics - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Conduct research and provide solutions to customer problems in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Assist in training new chat support team members - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently - Excellent research skills to provide accurate information to customers - Experience working with chat support software is a plus - Reliable and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
