Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Nike is seeking a part-time Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is reliable, resilient, adaptable, and creative, with a passion for providing outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media channels. 2. Assist customers with questions about products, orders, returns, and other related issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. 4. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or department for resolution. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding performance goals. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using chat and email support tools. 6. Familiarity with Nike products and brand values is a plus.
