Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Mubadala Development Company in Dubai. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat channels. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via chat to provide information, guidance, and assistance. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. 3. Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor chat performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed targets. 7. Assist with special projects and tasks as needed.
