Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Lincoln National is seeking a motivated and driven Chat Support Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support through our chat platform. This is a part-time position with an Associate Level seniority, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via chat - Provide accurate and relevant information to customers - Utilize strategic planning skills to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer concerns - Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning and people management skills - Motivated and driven personality traits
