Job Description - Chat Support Associate

Job Description:


As a Chat Support Associate at Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will work part-time remotely from Abu Dhabi, UAE, at the Associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. - Demonstrate a passion for customer service and a drive to exceed customer expectations. - Utilize strong people management skills to handle various customer personalities with empathy and understanding. - Display emotional intelligence to navigate challenging situations and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards resolving customer issues and enhancing their experience. - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve the customer support process.


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Demonstrated passion for providing excellent customer service. - Ability to work remotely and independently. - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software. - Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Familiarity with the utility industry is a plus.
