Abu Dhabi Ports Company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Chat Support Associate. This is a part-time entry-level position based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be resilient, hardworking, creative, and innovative.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support channels - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Provide technical support for our products and services - Document and maintain records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to remain calm under pressure - Proven customer service experience is a plus - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
