Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

CST Brands is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven, and possess excellent presentation and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and motivated personality - Strong presentation and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
