Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Ameren is seeking a motivated and adaptable Chat Support Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical assistance - Utilize negotiation skills to de-escalate tense situations and reach mutually beneficial resolutions - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to continuously improve chat support processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving issues - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work independently - Strong negotiation skills and ability to de-escalate tense situations - Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote, work from home environment
