Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Kellogg is looking for a dedicated Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position will require a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a mid-to-senior level. The Remote Chat Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents who provide timely and efficient customer service through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular feedback to agents to ensure high-quality customer service. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the chat support team. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a chat support management role. 2. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and emotional intelligence skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and online platforms.
