Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


LifePoint Health is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, this role requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure prompt and efficient responses to customer inquiries and issues. 2. Monitor chat conversations to provide coaching and feedback to agents for continuous improvement. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze chat support performance metrics and generate reports for management review. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues escalated through chat. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Chat Support Manager or similar role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 4. Ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions. 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
