Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and driven Chat Support Manager to join our team at DAMAC Properties in Abu Dhabi. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support representatives to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat support metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Train and mentor chat support representatives to improve their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in chat support management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to motivate and inspire team members - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Experience in the real estate industry is a plus - Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
