Chat Support Manager

Job Description:

Best Buy is seeking a confident and motivated Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Monitor and analyze chat support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. 3. Develop and implement training programs for chat support representatives to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 4. Collaborate with other department managers to streamline processes and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field. 2. Strong people management and communication skills. 3. Proven experience in a customer service or chat support role. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
