Job Description:
State Street Corp. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support operations, managing a team of chat support agents, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service through our chat platform. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring at least 7 years of experience in the customer support field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. 2. Monitor and evaluate chat support operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service. 3. Develop and implement processes, procedures, and best practices for chat support operations. 4. Analyze chat support metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology and customer service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in managing chat support operations. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment. 5. Independent and able to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong planning and project management skills. 7. Experience with chat support software and CRM systems.
