Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


AES is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic, as well as the ability to adapt to various situations.


Responsibilities: - Lead a team of chat support agents and oversee day-to-day operations - Monitor chat support activities to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Implement and maintain chat support best practices to improve customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain training programs for chat support agents - Analyze chat support metrics and provide reports to upper management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support


Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in chat support or a related field - Strong leadership skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Excellent communication skills - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
