Job Description:
Stanley Black & Decker, a leading global provider of hand tools, power tools, and related accessories, is seeking a Chat Support Manager to work remotely from Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service or related field, with a strong background in managing chat support teams.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback - Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to ensure team efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve response times and resolution rates - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Conduct regular performance reviews and set goals for team members - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
