Chat Support Officer

Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Target in Abu Dhabi. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. You will need to have a strong understanding of our products and services in order to assist customers with their queries and provide solutions to any issues they may be facing.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive customer experience - Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
