Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Officer to join our team at Hartford Financial Services Group in Abu Dhabi. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and resolve customer problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and product information - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent planning and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
