Job Description:
Entergy is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 4 years of experience and an Associate Level seniority. As a Remote Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues they may have. 2. Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses. 3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 5. Utilize effective people management skills to handle challenging situations with empathy and efficiency. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of services. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Dedicated and confident personality traits with a passion for customer service. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to solve problems. 5. Previous experience in customer service or chat support is preferred. 6. Ability to work independently and in a remote setting. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
