Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Chat Support Officer to join our team at Edison International in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through chat support channels in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address challenging customer situations - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Communicate relevant product information and updates to customers as needed - Assist in creating and updating support documentation and resources

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in computer applications and software - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work well in a team environment - No prior experience required
