Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Chat Support Officer to join our team at Paccar in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Research and provide accurate information to customers - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Assist with project management tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Excellent research skills - Basic project management skills - Confidence in dealing with customers - Hardworking attitude
