Job Description:
General Mills is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and energetic, with strong research and adaptability skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, addressing customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to address customer questions or concerns, providing accurate and helpful information - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers and fellow team members - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting team goals and initiatives - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve products and services - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using chat support platforms - Adaptability to changing customer needs and company policies - Energetic and positive attitude with a passion for helping others - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
