Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Chat Support Representative to join our team at Altria Group in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This part-time role requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat - Provide product information and support to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer service

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using chat support platforms - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
