Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Representative at Hertz Global Holdings in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This part-time role at an Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and possess strong decision-making and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues through online chat support - Assist customers with rental car reservations, changes, and cancellations - Provide technical support for online booking platforms - Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Proficiency in using chat support software and online booking platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
