Burlington Stores is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level representative, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional chat support to customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize creativity and project management skills to develop strategies for delivering excellent customer service through chat - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to build relationships and drive customer loyalty - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment - Proficiency in using chat support systems and software - Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service - Motivation to exceed customer expectations - Soft skills in creativity and project management
