We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Representative to join our team at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account issues, billing inquiries, service requests, and technical troubleshooting. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all queries are resolved effectively and efficiently. 4. Document all interactions and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in using chat support software. 4. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to customers. 6. Hardworking and motivated individual who is willing to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
