Job Description:

Erie Insurance Group is seeking a highly motivated Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through online chat - Assist customers with questions, concerns, and technical issues related to our products and services - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Innovative and able to think outside the box - Good planning and organization skills
