Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Hershey is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This position is part-time with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through online chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and resolution of issues. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 4. Utilize strategic planning skills to proactively address potential customer concerns. 5. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in handling customer interactions and resolving issues effectively. 6. Document customer interactions and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member. 7. Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and independent with the ability to work efficiently without close supervision. 3. Strong strategic planning skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment. 4. High emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Must be detail-oriented and have a strong attention to accuracy.
