Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Dubai, AE, with the opportunity for entry-level individuals to gain valuable experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via chat support, assisting customers with inquiries, issues, and product recommendations - Utilize creativity and persuasion skills to promote Sherwin-Williams products and services - Maintain a high level of reliability and professionalism in all interactions with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless support experience for customers - Meet performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and enthusiastic personality - Reliable and able to work independently - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer personalities - Creativity and persuasion skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
