Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Dubai, UAE. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our customer support team. We are looking for a resourceful and hardworking individual with strong adaptability and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude - Proficiency in using chat support software and other communication tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - No prior experience required, full training will be provided
