Remote Client Relations Assistant

CenturyLink is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Dubai. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in client relations and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other digital channels to provide support and answer any inquiries - Coordinate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution - Assist in the development and implementation of client relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and document management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Innovation and creativity in problem-solving - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
