Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Landmark Group in Abu Dhabi. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time position with an entry-level seniority, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences. - Assist in managing client accounts, including processing orders, managing payments, and handling any account-related issues. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Support in the planning and execution of client events, presentations, and meetings.
Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for customer relations. - Strong negotiation and planning skills to effectively communicate and problem-solve with clients. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Diploma or degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
