Job Description:

Monsanto is seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This part-time, entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while gaining valuable experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be reliable and resilient, with a knack for people management and cooperation.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relations Manager with maintaining and cultivating relationships with clients - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate meetings and events related to client relations - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Provide regular updates on client accounts and feedback to the management team

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Prior experience in customer service or client relations is a plus, but not required
