Remote Client Relations Assistant

Veritiv is seeking a reliable and motivated Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

As a Remote Client Relations Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing client inquiries and providing excellent customer service - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving for client issues - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Performing administrative tasks as needed to support the client relations team

We are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
