Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Avon Products is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and passionate, with strong creativity and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and social media - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns - Maintain client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on client requests - Proactively engage with clients to build relationships and drive loyalty - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in client relations - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
