Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Ross Stores is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for an adaptable and passionate individual with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service. The Client Relations Assistant will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions - Assist clients with product recommendations, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus - 1+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively - Adaptable to changing environments and client needs - Passion for providing exceptional service to clients
