Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and driven individual to join our team as a Client Relations Assistant at Dubai Festival City. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong planning and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist with maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing their needs and concerns promptly - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to provide support and updates - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Work closely with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and contracts are fulfilled - Assist in resolving client issues and escalating as needed - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong planning and presentation skills - Resourceful and able to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
