Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Steel Dynamics is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Client Relations Assistant, working from home in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business - Communicate with clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings to provide updates on products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure timely delivery of services - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities for business growth - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on client feedback and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members - Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
