Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

CenturyLink is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Dubai. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, detail-oriented, and have strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support - Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and effectively communicate solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed in a timely and efficient manner - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and industry trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations - Confident and motivated personality - Strong attention to detail and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
