Client Relations Associate

AutoNation in Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team. As a leading automotive company, AutoNation prides itself on providing top-notch customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver exceptional service - Analyze client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements to enhance the customer experience - Participate in client meetings and assist in developing strategies to grow the client base - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
