Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Dubai, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in order to provide them with the best possible service and support. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions and concerns, as well as providing them with information about our insurance products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and providing them with information about our insurance products and services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist clients with insurance claims, policy changes, and other administrative tasks - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback on our services - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Confidence and passion for building relationships with clients - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think innovatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Fluency in English and Arabic - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
