Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Union Properties is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Assist in developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Provide support for sales initiatives and promotional activities - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Innovation and adaptability in dealing with various client needs and preferences - Must be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
