Client Relations Manager

As a Client Relations Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Abu Dhabi, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as a liaison between the hotel and clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and working to exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and drive customer retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base - Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors - Communicate regularly with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person meetings - Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed - Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery to clients - Prepare and present reports on client relations activities and results to management - Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into client relations strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role in the hospitality industry - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
