Client Relations Manager

As a Client Relations Manager at DaVita HealthCare Partners in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with our clients. This part-time role requires someone with at least 7 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level, who is independent, motivated, and possesses strong planning and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term relationships - Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions and improvements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
